After payment, the equipment is available for pickup; also, we can send it to your address with a freight company. Please note that shipping costs are not included in the price of the equipment, except for shipping within Texas, although we often have special offers with free shipping to all lower States.
The equipment is shipped assembled. However, if you would like to take an introductory training, you can request it when placing an order or after purchase. Fees may apply.
In the event of a malfunction, you can contact the local distributor from which equipment was purchased. You can also contact us with the data on when and by whom the balancer was purchased. For more details, please see the Customer Support section. We will replace the defective part during the warranty duration or sell it in the post-warranty period. Delivery is carried out at the customer’s expense.
