POWER X CLAMPING
The only clamping system to grant double clamping power on jaws, and an almost endless durability and reliability of tire changer turntable. Thanks to the rack-sliding system, slide movement is always straight, eliminating all inconvenience related to jaw/slide plays.

PAR-MOVE SYSTEM
The new working concept based on articulated parallelogram operating arm. Ergonomic, smooth and effortless positioning and locking of the operating arm. Patented memory system keep tracking of working position (diameter and width of the rim) to operate on a full set of similar wheels through pedal control. Once the operating arm is locked in working position, the mounting tool automatically moves up and backwards, to grant the right distance from the rim.
This parallelogram technology involves no sliding parts. Articulated parallelogram movement of the operating arm uses special joints to avoid excessive mechanical plays and reduce any flex of the mounting tool in any direction. Thorough structural stress testing have proved PAR-MOVE system to be much more rigid and safe on wheel and tyre than other traditional tyre changer.
PAR-MOVE concept enables the tyre changer to be installed against the wall, requiring no additional rear space. Space-saving articulated up-and-down movement of parallelogram operating arm allows installation of auxiliary helper arms on the right, left or on both sides of the tyre changer.
PAR-MOVE concept line-up includes T-REC, S122, S121 and S119 models.
The system comes with five year warranty.
PNEUMATIC WHEEL LIFT
A very practical optional Wheel Lifter reduces operator effort and increases a tire shop bay productivity. The lifting capacity of 80 kg max. Can be ordered as an option to an any tire changing machine in line-up and doesn't require fectory installation.
CENTER DRIVEN CONCEPT
The system is used on models with air operated double arm/disk bead loosener system. The arc movement of the bead breaker disks allows the disks to work purposely in misaligned position with the center hole of the rim, thereby ensuring a better and faster penetration of the disks towards the center of the rim during the normal clockwise rotation.
The misalignment of the disk generates a torque, which enforce the complete and immediate bead loosening, this reducing the bead breaking time to a single turn. This system is standard for the T-REC, S122, S121 tire changers.
LEVER-NO-LEVER
Patented LEVER-NO-LEVER manual mount/demount system - a truly unique technology on the market. LNL can work either with or without a bead lifting lever. The LEVER-NO-LEVER soluton, a Giuliano patented concept enables to quickly, safely and easily turn your tyre changer with hight-productive leverless mounting head (The device is actuated by a pneumatic cylinder and controlled by a simple lever switch.
The unit allows the insertion of the tool between the rim and the tyre with a step-by-step procedure to make the demounting operations easier) into a conventional tyre machinecwith lever mode, which can be needed, for example, when handling soft tyres which normally don’t need leverless.
By operating an additional control handle, you can manually switch to work as well in NO-LEVER mode or in traditional mode, using the tyre lever. This feature is standard for T-REC, S122, S121 models and can be installed as option on the rest of line-up. The unit comes with five year warranty.
SMART LOCK
The fastest manual wheel clamping system on spindle chuck in the Industry. Expanding nut [Giuliano patent], just need a 90° movement of the knob after dropping the shaft into the center hole, to have a complete, safe and reliable wheel clamping, with no need of tricky hooking.
SMART BLADE SYSTEM
SBS memorizes both starting and finishing bead breaker blade position, and includes patented PO SYSTEM, which automatically moves the bead breaker blade back to the starting position, after its penetration. This avoiding of bead breaker blade getting stuck into the rim while breaking the bead. Makes bead breaking operation faster and safer.
